1. Who we are

BidBloom is operated by Koma Lab Inc, a Delaware corporation. You can reach us at support@marqueeholdings.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: your email address, username, and (optionally) an avatar. We do not collect your phone number or shipping address during the beta. When the paid version launches, we will collect a shipping address when you win a physical product, and phone details at payout, as needed to fulfill orders and meet legal requirements. BidBloom is currently in a free beta phase — no real-money payments are processed by the app, and no payment-card details are collected or stored. When the paid version launches, payments will be processed through a PCI-compliant external processor and full card details will never be stored on our servers.

We collect device and usage data: device identifier, operating system, app version, crash reports, and event logs needed to operate the service.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to operate BidBloom — to enroll you in shopping rooms, send service notifications, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the app. During the current free beta, no entry fees are charged and no products are shipped; when the paid version launches, we will also use your information to process entry fees and product purchases and to ship the products you win.

4. Sharing your information

We share your information with service providers who help us run BidBloom: Firebase (hosting, authentication, analytics), ShipBob and similar partners (fulfillment, once the paid version ships physical products), and email/notification providers. During the beta phase no payment processor is used. When the paid version launches an external payment processor will be added to this list. We do not sell your personal information.

Anthropic (AI assistant). When you chat with Florian (our in-app AI assistant), the content of your messages, your account identifier, and relevant context — your recent orders, active auction rooms, and wallet balance — are sent to Anthropic, PBC to generate responses. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf under a commercial agreement and does not retain it for model training. Your conversation history is also stored in our database so the assistant has continuity across sessions. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@marqueeholdings.com. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.

5. Your choices and rights

You can update your profile, change notification preferences, or delete your account at any time inside the app (Profile → Delete Account). Account deletion is self-service and removes your personal data, payment methods, coin balance, and game history. We retain limited transactional records as required by tax and consumer-protection laws.

6. Children

BidBloom is for users 18 and older only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

7. Geographic scope

BidBloom is offered only in the United States. We use IP-based geographic verification to enforce this. If you access the app from outside the US, access may be limited.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, restricted access, audit logs). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app and by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
